Adding Custom Text Content

1. Access the Knowledge Base

After logging into your HR Assistant AI account, navigate to the Knowledge Base section from the left-hand menu.

Select the Text tab at the top to manage and add new text-based content.

2. Add New Text Content

You will see an interface where you can add a title and content.

Title: This field is used to give a name to the text content you are about to add. It's important to choose a descriptive title so that you can easily identify and manage your content later.

  • Example: Remote Working Policy

Content: This is where you input the text content that Ada will use to generate responses. You can type directly into the editor or copy and paste text from existing documents.

  • Example: Our remote working policy allows employees to work from home up to three days per week. Please ensure that you have all necessary equipment and access to company resources to perform your duties effectively.

3. Finalize and Save

After entering the title and content, click the Add Content button to save your text content to Ada’s Knowledge Base.

This new content will now be accessible to Ada, enabling her to provide informed and accurate responses based on the information you’ve added.

4. That’s All! Your AI Chatbot is Ready to Go!

Once the content is added, Ada can begin using this information to respond to employee inquiries. This ensures that the AI chatbot is up-to-date and aligned with your company’s specific guidelines and policies.
