By creating an Account on our Service, you agree to receive newsletters, marketing materials, promotions, and other information from us. However, you can opt out of receiving some or all of these communications by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
HrAssistantAI offers a variety of subscription plans, which may include monthly, annual, pre-paid, lifetime, refundable, and non-refundable contracts.
All contracts will automatically renew using the existing payment method unless you modify or cancel the service. Non-use of the service will not be considered as discontinuance.
Upgrades are applied immediately, while downgrades take effect from the next renewal date. To cancel the service, email [email protected].
Pricing depends on the total number of website visitors and the email count within the selected pricing plan, irrespective of whether any HrAssistantAI feature is active during the subscription period. HrAssistantAI may modify its fee structure or provide upgrades with a 14-day notice, with new rates taking effect from the next renewal.
Users can request a full refund within 7 days for monthly subscriptions and within 15 days for annual subscriptions. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Payments made during discount or campaign periods are non-refundable. For refund requests, contact the Customer Support Team at [email protected]. Otherwise, HrAssistantAI does not offer refunds.
Canceling your subscription will not result in any refund or exchange for unused time on a subscription, license fees, or any content or data associated with your account.
Paid subscriptions will renew for the same term using the existing payment method unless the Service is modified or discontinued. Non-use does not imply discontinuance. To discontinue, notify the HrAssistantAI customer team at [email protected] or downgrade your account on the HrAssistantAI dashboard.
If you wish to purchase a product or service through our Service, you may be required to provide certain information, such as your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping informationYou represent and warrant that
(i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) for any Purchase and that
(ii) the information you provide is accurate, correct, and complete.
We may use third-party services to facilitate payment and Purchases. By submitting your information, you authorize us to share this information with these third parties, subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, pricing errors, errors in your order, or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized, or illegal transactions.
Any contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions ("Promotions") available through our Service may have separate rules apart from these Terms of Service. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the rules and our Privacy Policy. In case of a conflict between the Promotion rules and these Terms, the Promotion rules will prevail.
Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis ("Billing Cycle"), typically monthly.
Your Subscription will renew automatically under the same conditions unless you or HrAssistantAI Inc. cancel it. You can cancel your Subscription renewal via your account management page or by contacting HrAssistantAI Inc. customer support.
To process the payment for your subscription, you need to provide a valid payment method, including a credit card. You must supply accurate and complete billing details, including your full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method. By submitting such payment information, you authorize HrAssistantAI Inc. to charge your account for any subscription fees incurred.
If automatic billing fails, HrAssistantAI Inc. will send an invoice indicating that you need to make a manual payment within a certain deadline.
HrAssistantAI is a powerful conversion optimization tool developed by HrAssistantAI Inc., which is committed to offering innovative, high-quality products.
HrAssistantAI offers a flexible pricing structure, including a lifetime deal plan for specific campaign periods or ongoing use. This lifetime deal is a one-time investment that grants access to all campaigns, features, and capabilities within the purchased package's limits.
HrAssistantAI Inc. will continue to develop HrAssistantAI, ensuring that it remains a valuable resource for years to come. As long as we operate, we will maintain and improve hrassistantai.com, providing our customers with continued support and resources.
This lifetime deal is a special offer allowing you to purchase HrAssistantAI for a lifetime. You can use all features included in the regular package, and the membership is independent of upgrade and downgrade operations. Package quotas will apply after purchase. For instance, if the basic package includes 50k pageviews and 1,000 emails, this will be available for monthly use.
Lifetime deals cannot be upgraded or downgraded after 15 days. A full refund is available within the first 15 days.
You can use HrAssistantAI for life as long as HrAssistantAI Inc. exists and your account has been active within the last 24 months. Accounts inactive for the last 24 months will be terminated.
Active monthly or annual members can also benefit from this campaign. Monthly members will be downgraded to a lifetime membership. Annual members will be downgraded to lifetime, and any remaining annual usage will be refunded.
HrAssistantAI does not guarantee that the service will always be available or during downtimes such as ISP outages, equipment failures, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure.
HrAssistantAI has an auto-extend feature to ensure that campaign usage continues beyond package limits. This feature is available upon initial membership creation. Once a membership is created, a warning email is sent to the user. Users can toggle this feature on or off through their dashboard.
Pricing for overages may vary, and it's the user's responsibility to monitor and manage the usage status. If the auto-extend bill is unpaid, this feature will be disabled.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of Content posted on or through the Service.
By posting Content on the Service, you represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) or you have the rights to use it and grant us the rights as provided in these Terms, and (ii) that the posting does not violate any privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or other rights. We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone infringing on a copyright.
You retain all rights to any Content submitted, posted, or displayed on the Service and are responsible for protecting those rights. We assume no liability for any Content you or a third party post on or through the Service. By posting Content on the Service, you grant us the right to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content through the Service. This includes the right for us to share your Content with other Service users, who may also use your Content subject to these Terms.
HrAssistantAI Inc. has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit all Content provided by users.
Additionally, Content found on or through the Service belongs to HrAssistantAI Inc. or is used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, or copy said Content, in whole or in part, for commercial or personal gain without our prior written permission.
To register for the Service, you must provide HrAssistantAI with the accurate information required on the registration form.
You are entirely responsible for any use and activities on your account.
You are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your password(s) and username(s) issued to you and for any misuse resulting from third-party access.
You agree to notify HrAssistantAI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.
You agree to allow HrAssistantAI to use your business's logo in customer lists, on its website, and in marketing materials.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States. We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
All provisions of Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These terms and the relationship between you and HrAssistantAI shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, as applied to agreements made, entered into, and performed entirely within Delaware by Delaware residents, notwithstanding your actual place of residence. All lawsuits arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the HrAssistantAI Service shall be brought in the Federal or State courts located in Delaware, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts for such purpose.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had regarding the Service.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service and any service or material we provide via the Service, at our sole discretion, without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
